Happy Thanksgiving!

Today, we celebrated a big day of American. We were invited to the Dae’s for Thanksgiving dinner. I got a chance to be Corrina’s assistant, and I hope I could replicate these special recipes when we go back to Singapore. Corrina is such an amazing cook, our feast included 2 pumpkin pies, 1 chocolate pie, 4 roast chickens (American normally have Turkey but British reserved it till Christmas), mashed potatoes, apple-cranberries jello salad, green beans cosseroles, Grandma’s Turkey Stuffing, Dip and everything was made from scratch!!! Corrina actually has a list to do (as always) and what’s more… WITH SCHEDULE & TIME ON !!! This is what I call a ‘Perfectionlist’. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Big feast, American football, families and friends gathering….. you have no idea we could be more American than American in States.
There were 17 of us and I feel like our re-union dinner in Chinese New Year. We are thankful for our loving family, friendship, opportunity to have this new experience, and everything that we have today.
