We started our journey by driven 5 hours to Wales. We were quite anxious as rain pouring heavily on the way there. Luckily, the rains stopped and followed by beautiful sunny and warm days for the rest of the weekend. We stayed at Harbour Light, a bed and breakfast guest house in Saunderfoot, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Saundersfoot has a large, sandy beach and very shallow water with a rock pools at low tide. We were told it is a good place for cockle picking and catching shellfish.
Morning walk from Braod Haven South to St Govan’s Head. Background is Stakepole Head. Our Target for the rest of the day walk!
Surprise!!!!!! New Robin Hood Filming was happening at St. Govan’s Head! We get to see the first preview of the film! Priceless! Russell Crowe, the new Robin Hood.
Broad Haven South Beach….with the temperature, this feel like home!
We stayed at Harbour Light Bed and Breakfast, a family run guest house. Convenient location, competative price, friendly staff.
